1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the casibo website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and casibo, operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of casibo services after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Material changes will be notified through email or prominent notice on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register and participate in real-money gaming on casibo, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay
• You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion database or banned from gambling activities
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information

casibo reserves the right to request government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and other documentation to verify your identity and age before processing withdrawals or at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Restrictions

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account with casibo. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered under false names, or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, all related accounts will be closed, and any winnings, bonuses, or deposits may be forfeited. Additionally:

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or share account access
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must notify casibo immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access
• casibo employees, their immediate family members, and associated third-party service providers are ineligible to register accounts

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

casibo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and other approved payment methods. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though bank transfers may experience delays depending on the financial institution.

You certify that all funds deposited to your casibo account originate from legitimate sources and belong to you. casibo complies with anti-money laundering regulations and reserves the right to investigate the source of funds. We may reject deposits, request additional verification, or report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, compliance with bonus wagering requirements, and anti-fraud security checks. Withdrawals are processed using the same method as your most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals or you request an alternative approved method. Processing times vary:

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals: typically processed within 24 hours
• Bank transfers: typically processed within 1-3 business days
• First-time withdrawals may require additional verification, extending processing time to 3-5 business days

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable fees are disclosed during the withdrawal process. casibo reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account status, verification level, and game type. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if bonus terms have not been met, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if your account requires additional verification.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

casibo offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are clearly stated in the promotional material and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.

General bonus terms applicable to all casibo promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be abused for guaranteed profit
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates are specified in bonus terms
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without risk, may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure
• casibo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

All games on the casibo Platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are published where available and are independently audited. casibo does not manipulate game results, but reserves the right to investigate suspicious gameplay patterns.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute violations of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for profit
• Engaging in any form of cheating, hacking, or fraudulent activity
• Using VPNs or other tools to disguise your location or bypass geographic restrictions

5.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, communication error, or technical issue affecting gameplay, all affected bets and payouts are void. casibo will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and rectify the situation. If a game displays an incorrect outcome due to technical failure, the correct outcome as determined by the game provider's server records will prevail.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

casibo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misused the Platform. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Underage gambling or failure to verify your age upon request
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Violating bonus terms, engaging in bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of promotions
• Suspicious betting patterns indicative of fraud or collusion
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward casibo staff or other players
• Chargebacks or disputed deposits without legitimate cause
• Any activity that violates Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. casibo may, at its discretion, confiscate any remaining account balance if the termination results from a material breach of these Terms, including fraud or bonus abuse. You may not create a new account after termination without explicit written permission from casibo management.

7. Responsible Gaming

casibo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activities, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. These features can be accessed through your account settings.

By using casibo, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and should only be pursued for entertainment purposes. If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, we encourage you to seek help through PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources or organizations such as Gamblers Anonymous Philippines. All players must be 21 years of age or older, and we take underage gambling prevention seriously through strict verification procedures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the casibo Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game designs, and audio-visual materials, is the property of casibo or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without explicit written permission from casibo. Unauthorized use of casibo intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

casibo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. This limitation applies whether damages arise from breach of contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of loss and that casibo cannot guarantee winnings. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account during the six months preceding the claim.

casibo is not responsible for third-party actions, including payment processor delays, internet service provider outages, or actions by game software providers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of casibo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to participate in mediation administered by PAGCOR or another mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution provider before filing litigation. This does not limit casibo's right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies to protect its intellectual property or prevent ongoing violations of these Terms.

11. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. casibo's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and casibo regarding use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. No modification of these Terms shall be valid unless made in writing and published on the Platform.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without casibo's prior written consent. casibo may assign these Terms to any successor or affiliate without restriction.
